Exhibition stand construction
We build our own stands for exhibitors. We work as a subcontractor for other stand builders. And we supply build and dismantle crews on their own. Which role you need is your call.
Exhibition work has two bottlenecks and both of them are people. Exhibitors cannot find a builder who will take a small stand at a sensible price, because agencies start above a certain size. Stand builders, in turn, have more contracts than fitters in peak season and end up turning work away. We sit between the two: a drywall crew with its own workshop that knows stand tolerances and can work for either side.
Design, or execution of yours, prefabrication in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, a trial build in the workshop, build-up within the window, support during the show, dismantling and storage. One contact from sketch to return transport.
You hold the contract, the design and the client. We supply capacity: drywall, joinery, boarding, jointing and finishes to your drawings and under your name. Billed against your measurement, at a fixed price or by the hour.
Two to eight fitters with their own tools, a van and trade-fair experience, booked for a defined window. Billed by the hour, with travel and accommodation shown separately.
Power distribution, lighting, connecting displays. We handle the registration with the venue's services provider on request, in all three roles.
Dismantling, return transport and storage of the structure in our warehouse. At the next show the same stand goes up again, usually just with new graphics.
First question: who owns the client relationship and the design, you, us, or a third party. Everything else follows from that.
As stand builder we need the hall plan, stand size and your brand requirements. As subcontractor we need your working drawings and the build programme.
What is finished in the workshop does not have to be improvised on the show floor. The stand is assembled in full and photographed before it is loaded.
Build-up inside the organiser's window, reachable during the run, dismantling within the stated deadline.
Our own stand build starts at EUR 4,500 net for an in-line space up to around 20 sqm, including structure, build-up and dismantling. Corner and head stands from 30 sqm usually run EUR 12,000 to 30,000 net. Subcontracted work and crews are billed by the hour, with premiums for night and weekend build-up.
Space rental, show fees and catalogue entries are paid directly to the organiser and do not run through us.
All prices net, VAT not included.
Yes, that is one of our three roles and in peak season the largest. We take on drywall, joinery and finishes to your working drawings, under your name and with no contact with your client. Our vehicles are unbranded on request and our fitters appear as your team. Billed against your measurement, at a fixed price or by the hour.
Yes. Two to eight fitters with their own tools and van, booked for a window. We know the rules on deliveries, hall access, floor protection and dismantling deadlines, which is usually the difference against hired temporary labour. Billed by the hour against an upper bound stated in the quote, with travel and accommodation shown separately.
For a newly designed stand we allow eight to twelve weeks from order to build-up, of which four to six weeks is prefabrication. A stored stand with new graphics needs three to four weeks. A crew on its own can sometimes be supplied at two weeks' notice if capacity allows. For major trade fairs, plan earlier in all three cases.
By default we dismantle and store the structure in our warehouse in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. The first year of storage is free; after that we charge a stated annual fee by footprint. At the next show the same stand goes up again, usually just with new graphics. If you would rather not, we dispose of it by material stream and state the cost.
Production yes, design only by arrangement. We implement your existing corporate design and produce print, vinyl and signage. Where no design material exists we work with a graphic designer in Gütersloh whom you contract directly. We build good stands, but we are not an advertising agency and we do not pretend to be one.
Two minutes of form, then we get in touch to arrange the survey. Or send a short WhatsApp message, which is the fastest of all.
