This sequence shows exactly one of our three divisions: renovation and fit-out inside existing buildings. We do not erect structures and we do not roof them. We finish what is already standing.

Division 3 of 3 . Exhibition stands
We build our own stands for exhibitors, we work as a subcontractor for other stand builders, and we supply build and dismantle crews on their own. Tell us which of the three roles you need filled.
For exhibitors
Design or execution of your own, prefabrication in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, a trial build in the workshop, build-up inside the show's window, support during the event, dismantling and storage. One contact from the first sketch to the return transport.
For stand builders
You hold the contract, the design and the client relationship. We supply capacity: drywall, joinery, boarding, jointing and finishes to your drawings and under your name. Billed against your measurement, at a fixed price or by the hour.
Build and dismantle
Two to eight fitters with their own tools, a van and trade-fair experience, booked for a defined window. We know the rules on deliveries, hall access, floor protection and dismantling deadlines. Billed by the hour, travel and accommodation shown separately.

Under German contract-for-work law (BGB) on all trade work. Cleaning services carry 12 months on defects in execution.

Every post-construction clean includes the second pass after 48 hours. Fine dust simply settles later.
Nothing here yet, because we do not hold written approval to publish any client's words. Invented quotes are out of the question. We do not pass on our clients' contact details either, not even as a reference. What we can show you is the work itself, at a site visit.
Our core radius is the Gütersloh district. We travel nationwide for exhibition stands and across NRW for construction cleaning.
Nothing. The on-site survey is free within 40 km of Rheda-Wiedenbrück, even if you then decline. We do not charge a planning fee that is later offset against the contract.
For construction and contract cleaning, usually within a week. For drywall and refurbishment work the lead time is three to six weeks depending on size. We state the concrete start date bindingly in the quote, not only once the contract is signed.
Yes. A large share of our workload is subcontracted work for developers and main contractors in NRW, mainly jointing, drywall and post-construction cleaning. Billed against your measurement, at a fixed price or by the hour.
For room-by-room renovation, yes. We build dust airlocks at every doorway and secure the site each evening. For a full refurbishment involving bathroom strip-out we advise against it, because water and heating are off for days at a time.
Yes. There is no package requirement. Around half of our cleaning contracts are on sites built by other firms. We take on the final clean as a standalone job.
